A mechanic loosening process supports discharging bulk materials, if materials are stored, the discharge of which is not or not continuously ensured.

Suction boxes

These boxes will be flanged to the container outlet. This way, the material can be extracted for production.

Our special design allows connecting up to 6 suction pipes acc. to DN 100.

Vibration hopper

These hoppers are flanged to the outlet of the container hopper, as an extension.

Vibrations for loosening the structure of stored materials and supporting the discharge process are generated by installing a vibration motor.

Pneumatic discharge aids

With this system, several specially designed nozzles are attached to the silo cone in a certain pattern. The stored material is loosened and potential product bridges are broken up by targeted shots of compressed air.
